Getting candle wax off metal?
I need to get some candle wax off a metal shelving unit. Any tips on how to?
It is quite easy to get the wax off your metal shelving unit but be careful not to use sharp instruments that might scratch the metal.
1. Use a wooden or spoon or spatula to remove as much wax as you can.
2. Cover the remaining wax with some brown parcel paper or a few layers of soft toilet paper.
3. Heat an iron to a medium heat and iron on top of the paper.
4. The remaining wax will melt and be absorbed by the paper.
